What topics are covered in the workshops?

The workshops cover a wide range of topics including defining true problems, knowing your customer, building a customer-first business, understanding product-market fit, business modeling, unit economics, go-to-market strategy, distribution channels, data-driven decision making, and scaling your time and business.

What is the structure of the bi-weekly workshops?

Each Workshop Includes:

  • Topic: Each session covers a crucial theme that will make or break your startup’s success.

  • Case Studies: Interactive analysis of cohort businesses — we use both businesses within the cohort (yes, that means we’ll be using your company as a case study!) and well-known examples of successes and failures.

  • Q&A: conversation is woven throughout the entire session to foster constructive and collaborative discussions, ensuring active engagement and deeper learning.

  • Post-Session Materials: Receive templates and frameworks to apply the material to your own business, collaborating with your cohort as you implement learnings.

How does the program help with product-market fit?

The program provides strategies to ensure your product meets the needs of your target market and includes measuring and optimizing product-market fit, which is essential for scalable growth and investor appeal.

Why is there an application process?

The application process ensures that your business is at the right stage to benefit from the program. This selectivity helps maintain a high-quality cohort and maximizes the value provided to each participating startup.
